At Chester Oak Developments we take immense pride in introducing you to our visionary leader, whose dedication and commitment to the field of quantity surveying have shaped our sister company Peters Cost Consultants Ltd since 2018. 

With over 10 years of unrivalled experience, our Director’s remarkable journey began as an enthusiastic teenager with a thirst for knowledge and an unwavering determination to make a mark in the construction world.

Through hard work, relentless pursuit of excellence, and an unyielding passion for quantity surveying, our Director has evolved into a true industry luminary. From humble beginnings to spearheading a thriving business, their accomplishments inspire not only our team but also countless aspiring professionals.

As a testament to their commitment to fostering growth and nurturing the next generation, our Director actively engages in mentorship programs and industry initiatives. By sharing their wealth of knowledge, they continuously empower young professionals to embark on their own remarkable journeys in quantity surveying.

Brett first entered the industry as a carpenter where he completed a traditional City & Guilds apprenticeship. With 4 years’ experience on site working on bespoke projects Brett was then headhunted and soon found himself promoted working as a site manager.

With a wealth of experience from a practical background and production, he soon realized that the commercial path was more suited to his skillset and personality becoming a well-rounded, flexible Quantity Surveyor. 

Brett is currently studying to become a member of RICS and leads our talent academy training scheme that was brought in to develop our apprentices and trainees.
